Scholarship Program

All student applications and chapter sponsorship nominations are evaluated by the National Scholarship for Therapist Committee based on the following criteria.

Student Eligibility Requirements

Students must be pursuing a graduate or higher degree in one of the following fields:

  • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech-Language Pathology
  • Audiology

Required Supporting Documents

  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited program
  • A personal statement
  • Current Student Aid Report (SAR), generated by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

  • Commitment to local community
  • Character for compassion
  • Career objectives
