How to Apply
We empower individuals of all abilities through mobility. Follow these simple steps to start the journey toward independence with our Amtryke program.

Submit Interest
Contact our Irving Las Colinas chapter to express your interest. We'll provide you with the necessary application forms for the rider and their therapist.

Therapeutic Evaluation
A Physical or Occupational Therapist will evaluate the rider to determine the specific Amtryke model and adaptations needed for safe and effective use.

Application Review
Our committee reviews the completed application and clinical assessment to ensure the best mobility solution is assigned to the rider.

Assembly & Fitting
Once specialized equipment arrives, our team of volunteers assembles the bike. We then schedule a personalized fitting to ensure a perfect match.
Program Eligibility
Eligibility is primarily based on residency in the Greater Irving and Las Colinas area and a demonstrated clinical need for a custom mobility device that is not met by standard bicycles. Applicants must have a Physical or Occupational Therapist willing to complete the evaluation forms.
