Scholarship Program

 All student applications and chapter sponsorship nominations are evaluated by the National Scholarship for Therapist Committee based on the following criteria:

Student Eligibility Requirements:

​

1. Students must be pursuing a graduate or higher degree in one of the following fields:

   • Physical Therapy ​​

   • Occupational Therapy 

   • Speech-language Pathology 

   • Audiology

2.  Students must submit all required supporting documents, including:

   • Proof of enrollment in an accredited program ​​

   • A personal statement

   • Current Student Aid Report (SAR), generated by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
